Mentos….the fresh maker! Let’s see what happen when mixing Mentos with Coke…..

Galaxy Express 999 originally is a manga of the 70’s, written and drawn by Leiji Matsumoto. The story background is about the future world, where people desperately wants an indestructible machine body so that they could live forever. Before they can achieve this dream, they’ll need to travel far to planet Andromeda.

With the help of Maetel, Tetsuro Hoshino successfully get on to the legendary Galaxy Express 999 where the destination is Andromeda. This is where their adventures begin.

The figures is pretty colorful and in great details. The below two figures is from the previous set, too bad I didn’t get the whole set.

Different figures can combine together to form another different scene, pretty interesting idea.

No doubt it’s pretty cool. Just remember don’t you ever try to drink from that, otherwise……..

If you look closely, I can tell you that the design is actually not bad at all and pretty well-made too. This collection features seven different characters representing different class like warriors, mage and knight etc.

It’s been a while that I haven’t update this blog. Well, several months ago I realized that I really miss a lot of things in life as I’m spending too much time in blogging.

So, I decided to step outside and try more new stuffs. After taking a long break I’m finally back to my blogging life with more new ideas as well.

No doubt there’s gonna be more movie, more games and ……..absolutely more fun.

The Hitcher (2007) review

The story is simple. Two teenagers offering a ride to a stranger during their road trip has turned into a disaster.

No doubt the original movie is a classic with great performance from Rutger Hauer as John Ryder, the deadly Hitcher. After almost twenty years, we’ve Sean Bean as the new hitcher, Sophia Bush and Zachary Knighton as the new couple.

I don’t know whether its fair to compare Sean Bean with Rutger Hauer, but definitely Rutger’s performance as the manic is way better than Sean. Not only Rutger but also C. Thomas Howell in the original is much better.

Personally, I think the original plot is more exciting than the new one. After all, maybe Hollywood really needs some new stories to tell rather than remaking the old ones.
