lost finale

I’m a huge LOST fan and I like really the finale of season 2. Desmond becomes my hero after season 2, and I’m glad that he still got his place in season 3. Well, back to season 3 finale, what can I say? Mind blowing perhaps? I think season 2 finale is great but Through the Looking Glass really takes us into somewhere else!

Charlie finally sacrifices himself to save Desmond. Although I don’t like Charlie but I’ve to admit it’s really kind of sad. Anyway, who knows maybe he will find his way back to season 4 just like Desmond did in last season.

Now, there are still a lot of arguments about what really happens. Jack’s flash forwards seem to be in the present/future and things are really bad for him. From my perception:

Present/future

Jack’s father seems to be alive
Jack seems to be very regretful for what he did and even trying to jump off from the bridge
Kate with someone else, who is it? Is it Sawyer, her stepfather, or Kevin?
Whose funeral is that?
Jack keep on taking planes and wanted to go back there to fix something.

Back in the island

What happen to Ben and the rest?
Who the hell is Jacob exactly? A ghost?
Why is the one eye guy Mikhail keeps coming back and just couldn’t die? Is it something to do with the mystery healing power of the Island?
What did John saw actually? What make he thinks that Jack’s decision for calling on rescue is wrong?

Is everything happens in Jack’s flash forwards only a vision of John? Is it something to do with time travel, as Jack’s dad seems to be alive and there is absolutely something weird about future Kate’s “he”. Is it they got rescued and go back in time? Meaning of the title of this episode, does it means that what we saw in the flash forwards only a vision we try to see through the looking glass in which is not real at all?

Well, looks like I’m gonna get lost for a while until season 4 next year.
